I take it back. Rep. Gidding’s plastic bulk merchandise container bill isn’t the dumbest bill of the session. The dumbest bill of the session is Chisum, et al.’s House Bill 1287, which would mandate statewide elective Bible classes.

Of course, the hearing is planned for tomorrow. And what’s tomorrow? Passover.

Guess someone doesn’t want the Jews to testify.

That’s the second time Chisum has pissed off the ADL this session.
