There’s a (Leininger*-backed) Texas Public Policy Foundation coffee mug sitting in the dog food bag near my back door. We use it to scoop out the food to put in my dog, Lady’s, bowl. Now that’s some real providing intellectual ammunition for the battle for a better Texas. Considering her age in dog years, she’d've voted Truman.
