I’m Not in TDEx! Yet.

A week or so ago I requested any records about me that are currently in the governor’s homeland security database.

Apparently, my parking tickets haven’t landed me on any no-flight lists — or escape-to-Ardmore hazards.

Of course, by requesting the information, I’ve probably automatically created a file for myself.

The text of the response to my request:

We received on April 17, 2007 your request under the Public Information Act (the “PIA“) for information related to TDEx. Specifically, the request was for:

1) all information concerning me contained in TDEx and any and all other automated systems operated by the Office of the Governor, including the Governor’s Division of Emergency Management.

After reviewing our records, we have determined that the Office of the Governor has no documents responsive to your request.

If you have any questions or need additional information, you may contact me at the address below or at (512) 463-1788.

Sincerely,

Chelsea Thornton

Assistant General Counsel
