- Last, but certainly not least important, Mary Beth Harrell, the Army wife and mother who ran against U.S. Rep. John Carter, R-TX, in 2006, now has her own radio show. Let’s hope she runs again in 2008 and, in the meantime, builds up a base of support in Central Texas with her new show.
