I’m a city boy. Not certain I’ll fall in love with Kansas, but it’s only for a year.

I’m not going right now anyway. Not with what’s going on with Lindsay and me. I can’t skip out to another town where I know no one and have no support group to help me get through this, and I don’t want to foreclose on the possibility of our getting back together by being hundreds of miles away. (Even if that is a completely ridiculous, false hope.)

They’re tough – distance-learning degrees. I started my BA that way after the AS and haven’t finished yet. Not that I know I would have finished if had gone to a classroom, but you have to be very dedicated. Not that I wasn’t. Not that this matters. Good luck. Who knows. Maybe you’ll like Kansas. Just remember all that wierd Wizard of Oz stuff started there

It’s a year program, and I’d go to Kansas for the year. It’s possible to do it online, but I just have an aversion to distance-learning degrees.

Congrats on the KSU almost-there acceptance note. I don’t know what course of study you’re leaning towards – as in, are you going to Kansas or doing this online?

As for the other- things will turn out the right way, as you already know. Doesn’t make it any easier, but…time time time. Put on some dark sunglasses and let the visitors find their own way.
