ELECTION DAY IS SATURDAY!

City of Austin:

Mayor: Lee Leffingwell
Place 2: Mike Martinez
Place 5: Audrey “Tina” Cannon (A completely selfish vote because she’s a neighbor and I believe the area of town in which I live has been ignored by the Council to the detriment of central Austin as a whole.)
Place 6: No true endorsement. (The incumbent, Sheryl Cole, voted against allowing voters to decide whether or not to move city elections to November when voter turnout would be higher. I’m no fan of Shaun Ireland’s conspiracy theories and the GOP supports him in this race. So I have to go with Cole, reluctantly.)
